CITRA SCRUB Non petroleum solvent hand cleaner. A waterless hand cleaner based on biodegradable natural extracts, contains extracts from citrus fruits & pine trees, has no petroleum solvents. To aid in the removal of ingrained dirt, polymer beads have also been incorporated into this cleaner.
