A wide range with many possible combinations in which even the smallest details have been taken care of. Adapted to all kinds of water and to different agricultural and industrial installation cultures.

LID

Made of very strong Polyamide, designed to resist great pressures. Provided with an outlet port for air release valves or for flushing valves.

CLOSURE SYSTEM

Clamp in stainless steel 316. Its design makes it very easy to operate, strong and long lasting. Pressure seals in nitrile rubber for perfect closing at low and high pressures.

BODY

Three inlet/outlet body to enable installation of filter at 90° and 180°. Ribbed structure specially designed to withstand vibrations produced by water surge. Equipped with inlet and outlet ports for pressure gauge.

In Modular 300 we have paid attention to the smallest details.

Modular 300 offers professionals a wide range of combinations.

These nine housings together with the filtration elements provide more than 100 different filters.

FILTER ELEMENTS

Grooved discs in polypropylene. Outside diameter 130mm. Framework in polyamide; bars in fibreglass reinforced polyester. Seals in nitrile rubber. Available in 2” and 3”. Easy to remove. Pressure adjustment. Various filtration degrees.

THE DIFFERENCE

Outwardly all discs look the same, but if we look at them closely there are important differences. In Modular 300 we have taken care of the smallest details.

The quality of the disc defines the quality of filtration.

HYDROCYCLONE DISC CARTRIDGE

By combining AZUD’s high performance grooved discs with a helical element with the disc filter, we get a special filter of hydrocyclone effect. The high spin speed keeps dirt in suspension away from the discs, thus resulting in excellent performance.

High capacity to separate sand, even small particles.

SCREENS

Screens in stainless steel 316. Framework in fibreglass reinforced polypropylene. Seals in nitrile rubber. Outside diameter 118mm. Available in 2” and 3”. Easy to remove. Pressure adjustment. Various filtration degrees.
