DRIPLINE 2000 AND 2025

Dripline 2000 was developed especially for the needs of Australian growers and is now used by the majority of them. Its unique, patented turbulent flow path is highly efficient making it less susceptible to clogging than most other driplines. The dripper has a flow inlet with large filtering areas which further increases its resistance to clogging. A pressure increase of 100% will increase the dripper flow by only 38%, which makes it an extremely accurate and reliable dripline in all conditions. Dripline 2000, 2025 (large diameter), Dripmaster 17, 20 and 25 are now all made in Australia .

NEW FLAP OUTLET

Flap Outlet Features:

  • Stays hermetically sealed during laying and retrieving.
  • Opens easily - even in low water pressure range.
  • Openings with huge cross sections.

DRIPMASTER

Dripmaster is considered to be the worlds most accurate and proven pressure compensated dripline. It utilises the most advanced pressure compensated technology. It is resistant to most chemicals and fertilisers used in agriculture. Dripmaster delivers consistent and accurate water flow over a pressure range from 50 to 400kpa (7-60psi). Dripmaster is the most sought after dripline in applications where there are steeper slopes or in conditions where the precise placement of water is imperative. Dripmaster has stood the test of time with an unequalled history of accurate performance over a broad range of applications and diverse water quality conditions throughout Australia since 1980.

TYPHOON, PYTHON AND OZ-LINE

These unique dripperlines utilise emitters with a larger flow path, which are much more resistant to clogging than most tape products on the market in Australia today.

THE SUPERNET BANANA SPRINKLER

The Supernet Banana Sprinkler is new to the Australian Market and is designed to accommodate the needs of a growing banana plant. Every banana plant will receive the same quantity of water and fertiliser, even when irrigating areas with large differences in topography. Banana growers will benefit from the Supernet features that include high clog resistance, a floating diaphragm that ensures a wide regulating range of a drop down spinner that prevents intrusion of ants and insects. The Supernet Banana Sprinkler comes in a wide range of models, including the Supernet Long Range (LR). LR means a revolving rotor irrigating a large area. The rotor is coloured purple for flows of 20, 30 and 40 litres per hour, and black for flows of 50 to 90 litres per hour. The high durability of the Supernet Banana Sprinkler meets the requirements of all banana growers.

DAN 2001 SPRINKLER

The Dan 2001 Sprinkler offers the grower a reliable, accurate and economical micro-sprinkler system. The sprinkler comes with a variety of useful features such as a female head, insect proof nozzles, flow compensation and a floating regulating membrane. Popular stake assemblies include the 300mm "firestake" and the 1 metre fibreglass rod. The Dan 2001 is available in a large range of flow rates to fulfill all irrigation requirements.

SPIN KLIN FILTER

Spin Klin automatic modular filtration systems are highly durable and resistant to chemical and weather corrosion. They have three dimensional filtering elements and are user friendly. They come factory assembled and tested for rapid field installation. Spin Klin filters are quick and efficient, using only minimal water volume for backflushing. They are field proven for effective operation and long term durability.

MOTOROLA CONTROLLERS

Ideal for expanding banana plantations, this modular system can be built up to individual requirements over time. Motorola controllers utilise both radio communication systems as well as a single cable unit that can operate up to 63 valves from a single two-wire cable. Other control systems include the Miracle AC or DC, a basic time based unit but fully featured and economically priced.

NETAFIM VALVES

The unique regulating valve that can perform a variety of regulating functions. Its hydro-dynamic design allows operation at high flow rates with minimum head loss. Netafim valves feature a unique diaphragm designed to ensure sealing and elasticity without any spring support. Lightweight construction and convenient handling allow easy service access without removing them from the line. Netafim valves are "rilsan" coated.

GRAVEL FILTRATION

AGF "all plastic" filters are also available in the Netafim range and feature high quality Basalt Gravel for filtering small particles in extremely low quality water. Also available in the Netafim filtration range are the ODIS metal tanks that are extremely useful for high-pressure applications. The AGF filters are resistant to attack by most commonly used agri-chemicals and offer long lasting service with very low maintenance. AGF filters are "user friendly" with two wide access ports for easy inspection and gravel loading and unloading. Their lightweight, sturdy construction eliminates the need for a crane and makes installation easy.

CHOOSE THE DRIPPERLINE THAT OUT PERFORMS ALL TAPES ON THE MARKET

Netafim's patented extrusion process eliminates the need for seams, reducing the potential for splitting or bursting with increased water temperature or at the higher pressure ranges required for good flushing. Netafim's big advantage is in its raised emitter design, with filtered inlets projecting toward the tube centre where the water is cleaner. This also permits particles that gravitate toward the tube walls to bypass the emitter inlet to eliminate clogging.

For the best crop results you need a dripperline that gives every single plant uniform delivery of water and fertilisers. Netafim dripperlines are not just tapes; they are the leading thin-walled products, which contain moulded emitters with high velocity shorter flow paths to reduce clogging. It's like a fuel injection system for your crop which gives you bigger returns. Tape products can stretch during installation causing distortion to their labyrinth flow path. This can alter the flow rate causing flow variation across the entire crop. Netafim drip-lines contain moulded emitters which cannot alter shape. The angle of the teeth in their large flow path is designed to create the optimum amount of turbulence, keeping water velocity high to resist clogging.
