Flagship of the CPS of corrosion and allied sealants. Returning to the original European formula tried and tested since 1949 in the harshest climates of Europe and Asia.

CPS Rustmaster is a moisture repelling non pigmented product, which permeates through rust, and binds to the pure metal substrate, drying virtually pore free preventing further attack from the atmosphere.

CPS Rustmaster offers a complete treatment for metals, alloys, timber and concrete. The material below the surface of Rustmaster is protected against atmospheric and physical attack (rusting) and further deterioration. All products can be treated for UV protection.

The whole secret of CPS Rustmaster is light coats – do not attempt to over apply, as the product will not set. Apply wet on wet until the steelwork dries to a shine, a matt finish shows insufficient product applied.

Brush, roller, conventional and airless spray can apply CPS Rustmaster.

OLD & RUSTED SURFACES – costly sandblasting is not required. High-pressure waterblasting is the most economical and available form of pretreatment for larger structures. Wire brush – electric or manual is all that is required for smaller projects. Loose rust and flaking paint must be removed along with all grease and fats.

NEW STEEL – mill scale must be removed.

GALVANISED IRON – new must be etched. Old treat as above – rusted surface.

ALUMINIUM – remove oxidisation – detergent wash – wet and dry paper, hose down, allow to dry then apply CPS Rustmaster or Alucoat. Excellent for air conditioner condenser coil refurbishing.

CPS TIMBER SEAL – make sure surface is dust free. Wipe down with damp cloth. Apply CPS Timber Seal.

PREPAINTED TIMBER – remove paint flakes and blisters – only light sandpaper – treat with CPS Timber Seal. Allow first coat to harden then reapply CPS Timber Seal.

CPS ALUCOAT – Alucoat is a rust preventing moisture repelling surface protection coating consisting of Rustmaster to which is added brilliant aluminium flakes (28% by weight). Ideal for tin roofs, tanks and refurbishing air conditioning condenser coils.

CPS CONCRESEAL – Concrete and Masonry sealer, moisture repelling compound. Ideal for treatment of concrete cancer and related problems.

CPS TIMBERCOAT – Very durable timber sealer. Principal advantage over other sealers, Timbercoat actually replenishes the oils lost in the timber when cut by penetrating into the substrate.

Also a treatment for fabrics – awnings and tarpaulins.

CPS U-TAR – under car sealer used wet in wet with Rustmaster excellent for inground protection of steel.
