REVIVA© TIMBER CLEANER
Timber cleaner containing oxalic acid. Ideal for restoring grey, stained and weathered timber to a clean appearance, suitable for painting, staining or clear finishing. Unique high-strength but mild to use, non-bleaching formula.

  • USE ON: All exterior timber.
  • COVERS: 1 litre diluted with 4 litres of water covers 5-10mz².

TSS™ ANTI MOULD TIMBER STERILISING SOLUTION
Timber and general purpose antimould sterilising solution
A very effective low toxicity treatment that sterilises and inhibits further growth of mould, fungi and algae.

  • COVERS: Rough Sawn Timber 2-5mz per litre Sawn Timber 5-7m² per litre Dressed Timber 7-IOm² per litre.

LIQUID 8®
Paint remover Safe, easy to use, citrus based, watersoluble, non-drip gel formulation that removes most water and solvent-based paints. Biodegradable, low odour. Does not darken timber.

WOODBLEND™ WOOD FILLER
Multi purpose, waterbased, interior/exterior wood filler
An extremely fine, smoothsanding, low-shrinkage, durable, weather-resistant wood filler. Low odour, low toxicity, water clean up. Available in 9 intermixable colours.

  • USE ON: Interior and exterior timbers.

TUNG OIL FINISH
Clear natural wood sealer Contains a blend of tung oil and resins. Produces a highly desirable, silky-soft and lustrous hand-rubbed finish. Can be used with wax for additional sheen and protection. Recommended for timber flooring where the gluing effect of 2-pack polyurethanes may be a problem.

  • USE ON: Interior woodwork, furniture, floors, doors, paneling, beams, woodcraft.

NATURALSTAIN™
Semi transparent water-based stain for decking and exterior timber
A low-sheen, fast drying, low odour finish that protects timber from the destructive effects of weathering and provides excellent tannin blocking, resistance to mould and UV.

  • USE ON: Exterior timber decking, Weatherboards, Garden Furniture and other exterior woodwork.
  • COVERS:
    Rough Sawn Timber 6m² per litre. Sawn Timber 8m' per litre. Dressed Timber 12 m² per litre.

DWD®
Exterior transparent water-based finish for Doors, Windows and Decking
A low sheen timber finish, formulated to help timber retain its natural appearance and to provide protection from the harsh Australian climate.

  • USE ON: Doors, windows, decks, verandahs and garden furniture.
  • COVERS: Dressed Timber 12-14m² per litre.
  • APPLY WITH: Brush, spray or applicator pad.
  • CLEAN UP WITH: Water.

UVC®
Exterior transparent water-based timber finish for weatherboards, cladding, fascias, gates and fences Long-life low sheen timber finish that beautifies timber and protects it from Australia's harsh weather conditions.

  • USE ON: All exterior timbers including weatherboards, cladding, fascias, gables, beams, pergolas, etc.
  • COVERS: Rough Sawn Timber 4-8m² per litre. Sawn Timber 8-12m² per litre. Dressed Timber 12-14m² per litre.
  • APPLY WITH: Brush or spray.
  • CLEAN UP WITH: Water.
  • PACK SIZE: 1, 4 and 10 litres.

These colours are available in DWD and UVC only and need to be tinted in-store. Not available as pre-packaged colours. Colours shown on dressed and rough sawn cedar.
*Standard is the normal colour of DWD/UVC untinted.

HANDY HINTS FOR USING DWD AND UVC
Before you start

  • Ensure timber is bare, dry and has been pre cleaned with Intergrain Reviva Timber Cleaner before priming.
    Priming
  • All new or bare timber must be primed with Intergrain Dimension 4 prior to application of DWD or UVC. Application of DWD and UVC
  • How much is enough?
    Apply two generous coats of DWD or UVC.
  • Do not overspread.
    Do not exceed the specified coverage rate as insufficient film thickness will reduce performance and durability.
  • Achieving the correct paint film thickness is critical to the life of a transparent coating.
  • When applied at the correct application rate, the coating will initially have an opaque appearance which becomes transparent on drying.
  • Consider a third coat on highly exposed north or west aspects.
    Maintenance
  • Maintenance is simplified if recoating takes place before deterioration of the coating allows weathering of the timber substrate to occur.
  • Surfaces coated with DWD or UVC should be checked for signs of weathering.
  • A patchy, thin, faded and uneven appearance on walls and decks and thin or eroded coating on edges indicates the need for recoating.

DIMENSION 4®
Clear water-based timber pretreatment/primer
A penetrating, water repellent, anti-fungal/ algal timber stabiliser for use as a primer under DWD, UVC and Seamaster and as a pretreatment for prolonging the life of timber, by helping to prevent checking, splitting and staining.

  • USE ON: All bare, clean, new or old, sawn or dressed timber.
  • COVERS: Rough Sawn Timber 2-5m² per litre. Sawn Timber 5-7m² per litre. Dressed Timber 7-10m² per litre.
  • APPLY WITH: Brush, roller, applicator or spray.
  • CLEAN UP WITH: Water.

SEAMASTER™
Clear water based gloss marine timber finish
Seamaster is Australia's first water-based, weather and water resistant marine finish for all above-waterline boating timbers. Easy application, fast drying, no sanding between coats.

  • USE ON: All suitably prepared abovewaterline marine timbers, including boat cabins, coamings, masts, spars, decks, hatches and trim.
  • COVERS: 10-12m² per litre.
  • APPLY WITH: Brush, spray or applicator pad
  • CLEAN UP WITH: Water.
  • PACK SIZE: 500ml, 1 and 4 litres.

NATURE'S TIMBER OIL™
Natural, semi transparent, penetrating oil for timber decking and garden furniture.
Nature's Timber Oil contains Tung Oil, a natural wood oil that penetrates deep into timber providing excellent durability. Nature's Timber Oil is fast drying, so application can be completed within one day and it will not crack, peel or blister as it weathers.

  • USE ON: Timber decking, garden furniture, rough sawn weatherboards, fences, walkways and other porous exterior timbers.
  • COVERS: Softwood: 6-8m² per litre. Hardwood: 8-1Om² per litre.
  • APPLY WITH: Brush or applicator pad.
  • CLEAN UP WITH: Hot soapy water or mineral turpentine.
  • PACK SIZE: 1, 4 and 10 litres.
