Nutri-Phos Guano™

Fossilised seabird droppings offer a combination of soluble and slow-release phosphate in combination with dense mineralisation. Available in powdered or granular form

Nutri-Phos Guano contains 15% phosphorus, which will not lock up and become insoluble. It also contains 35% calcium and good trace element levels, including 1400 ppm of zinc. Nutri-Phos Guano can be used in planting blends as 30% of the phosphate component is immediately plant-available. Reactive rock phosphate can take two years to release its phosphorus load, and in alkaline soils it will never become plant-available. Nutri-Phos Guano, by contrast, combines rapid-release characteristics with a controlled release pattern, to ensure adequate phosphate supply throughout the season.

Ideal for use as a granulated starter P.
Contains a significant percentage of citrate-soluble phosphate and can be used as a highly effective starter phosphate. Almost 5% of the 15% phosphate content of Nutri-Phos Guano is citrate-soluble, and this is plenty for vigorous root growth.
Cadmium-free - unlike chemically treated commercial phosphates, which contain problem levels of the heavy metal cadmium, Nutri-Phos Guano is virtually cadmium-free.
Has tremendous potential for cost-effective supplementation of livestock, as it contains less than 0.01 % fluoride.
BFA approved if soil tests indicate a phosphate deficiency.
Ideal for organic growers seeking a soluble phosphate kick-start.
