Nutri-Key Cobalt Shuttle™

There is 74,000 tonnes of nitrogen in the atmosphere above every hectare. The ability to access this huge reserve is based on providing `the right stuff for nitrogen fixing organisms. Cobalt is an important part of this package.

Cobalt is rarely measured in soil or leaf tests, but it is a crucial component for the natural fixation of nitrogen from the atmosphere to the soil. Cobalt is also a little understood stimulant of many species of soil bacteria.

Packaging.

  • 1 litre (1.24kg), 5 litres (6.1kg), 20 litres (24.8kg), 200 litres (252kg), 1000 litres (1251kg).
    Weight per volume: 1.18

Information:

  • Important for nitrogen-fixing bacteria.
  • Acts as a biostimulant.
  • Features the standard Shuttle package.

The Functions of Cobalt

  • Involved with atmospheric nitrogen fixation by Rhizobium bacteria on legume plants.
  • Appears to stimulate a variety of soil bacteria.
  • Plays a little-understood role in pest resistance.
  • Cobalt Shuttle™ also includes full 'background nutrition'.
