Mag-Life™

Magnesium is the central ion in a chloroplast molecule. The majority of crops require some liquid magnesium supplementation, regardless of soil levels.

A high analysis source of micronised magnesium carbonate combined in a free-flowing suspension with fulvic acid and soil-life metabolites. Magnesium is a photosynthesis enhancer, which generally requires some supplementation in all cropping situations regardless of soil test results. Magnesium should be maintained at luxury levels for maximum yield.

Packaging.

  • 1 litre, (1.64kg), 5 litres (8.025kg), 20 litres (32.5kg), 200 litres (333kg).
    Weight per volume: 1.56

Information:

  • Magnesium is the central ion in a chloroplast molecule, making it essential for photosynthesis.
  • Magnesium is a phosphate synergist.
  • Magnesium is one of 'The Big Four' elements which should always be maintained at luxury levels in the leaf for maximum yield and plant health.
  • Contains 140% more magnesium than any of the soluble magnesium alternatives.
  • Features a foliar slow-release trickle, which feeds the plant over two weeks.
  • Also contains biological metabolites derived from: Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus megaterium, Azotobacter vinelandii, Pseudomonas flourescens, Pseudomonas putida, Rhizobium japonicum, Pseudomonas stutzeri, Rhizobium leguminosarum, Streptomyces albidoflavus, Streptomyces cellulosae, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Chaetomium globosum and Trichoderma lignorum.
  • A "fast food" source of magnesium in the soil.
  • To promote the precision required to build luxury levels of magnesium ie elemental magnesium can be applied without unwanted sulfate or nitrate carriers.
  • BFA certified organic.

Application Rates:

  • Foliar:
    Broadacre: 2 - 5 litres per hectare. Horticulture: 4 - 7 litres per hectare.
  • Fertigation or Boomspray onto the soil: 10 -40 litres per hectare.
  • Liquid injection at planting: 5 -10 litres per hectare
  • Dilution Rate: Minimum of 1:50

Note:

  • Shake or stir well before use. Spray tank will require constant agitation to prevent settlement of solids.
  • MMS products involve tiny 5-micron particles which are far too small in themselves to clog filters. However, if they are inadequately diluted or agitated before application, there is a possibility of problems with spray equipment. MMS products should be slowly applied to the spray tank to avoid problems. Note: The use of a No 8 nozzle will reduce any potential blockage problems.
  • MMS products are very heavy and every care should be taken when handling these materials to avoid back injury.
  • MMS products will leave a visible residue on leaves and fruit when used as a foliar. Soil applications may be preferable if this residue is commercially inappropriate.
  • Compatible with all other MMS products and most liquid fertilisers including microbe products.
