Hot Mix NPK (7-17-17)™

Hot Mix NPK is a proven performer in fertigation.

When NPK is combined in this manner, the end product is vastly different from the conventional.

Three chemically incompatible materials are combined in the hot mix process to produce a violent chemical reaction. The liquids boil up for two days, but when they have cooled, a new compound has been created. This new NPK compound has been created using food-grade materials. It has a low sodium, neutral pH and it is compatible with most other inputs. Nutri-Tech Hot-Mix NPK™ is a more powerful source of these three important elements than any other comparable analysis materials.

Information:

  • The hot-mix process creates a material which provides a far greater response than the sum of the parts, particularly in foliar situations.
  • Ideal as a base for DIY formulations - foliar or fertigation.

Application Rates:

  • Foliar: 2 - 5 litres per hectare diluted at 1:200 minimum.
  • Fertigation: 4 - 7 litres per hectare depending upon energy requirements.

Note:

  • Small crops: 2-5 litres per hectare in 200-400 litres of water (1:40 minimum) as a fertiliser/biostimulant.
  • 3 litres per hectare when combining with compost tea.
  • Orchard crops: 5 - 7 litres per hectare (depending upon tree size) as a plant growth stimulant.
  • 5 litres per hectare with compost tea.
