Algi-Tech™

Semi-fossilised freshwater algae fused with humic and fulvic acids in ancient volcanic lake beds form. the basis for an outstanding natural fertiliser.

Alginite is becoming a major organic fertiliser in Europe, based on research undertaken in Hungary. Algi-Tech comprises an Australian alginite mined from volcanic lake beds. This material is derived from the trillions of bodies of freshwater algae which have formed compounds with organic acids, including humic and fulvic acid. The material is a powerful microbial stimulant in the soil and has a particularly positive effect on fungi numbers. It is an exceptional compost additive (when added at 10%), helping to create a fungi-dominant compost.
