NUTRITIONAL SUPPORT FOR START AND FINISH

ProGrow formulations have an impressive track record, and like all Scotts' products, they benefit from extensive research and advanced technology. Two new ProGrow II formulations have been developed as the ideal mixes for Premix and Top Dress applications. They are high density, free flowing, granular fertilisers, with homogeneous NPK and trace elements. The new ProGrow II formulations now contain Chelated Iron as well as Iron Sulphate to provide quick "greenup", even in cool conditions, while the elevated Nitrogen and Iron content delivers healthy appearance with deep green foliage.

PROGROW II PREMIX
A Superb Starter for All Media

The usual eight pre-plant fertiliser additions to potting media can now be replaced with only one, new ProGrow II Premix. Scotts ProGrow II Premix counteracts nutrient drawdown (by biological activity in the media) and provides a rapid start for young plants. The new formula also eliminates workplace dust problems, weighing mistakes, and improves nutrient distribution - even for small tray applications. Plus, Scotts patented slow release system is activated by microbial activity, matching the nutrient needs of the potting mix. Recommended rates of application add a low level of Manganese to complement the inherently high level often present in many pine barks. For full season feeding of your plants, add Osmocote Plus. The improved Osmocote Plus range supplies a high level of Iron, and all trace elements. Together with Dolomite and Lime additions, all plant nutrient requirements are therefore fully satisfied.

PROGROW II TOP DRESS
A Superb Finisher for All Top Dressing

For established plants, ProGrow II Top Dress is a brilliant pick-me-up for use in spring or prior to sale. The high levels of readily available Iron Chelate and the balanced ratio of N:K provide deep green leaf without excessive soft growth. As a slow release fertiliser (up to 12 weeks), ProGrow II Top Dress doesn't allow excessive Nitrogen leaching when watered, and is therefore more effective and environmentally friendly. When top dressed and watered, ProGrow II Top Dress will stick to the soil surface not roll off (even if the pot is blown over) making it more efficient and economical.
