Norshield WG copper fungicide, a new wettable granule formulation
of the popular Norshield red copper fungicide, is now available
from Northern Rivers Rural Buying Service. Keith Fallow, from Nipro
Products, says "Growers
are excited about using new formulation Norshield WG copper fungicide as
it delivers first class disease control in an easy to measure, dust free
new WG formulation.
The easy mixing of free flowing wettable granules and
the excellent dispersion and suspension in the spray
tank make Norshield WG convenient to use.
Due to the small copper particle size and new technology formulation
Norshield WG rapidly disperses in the tank and won't "raft" on the surface. "Operators
report faster turnaround times as a result."
Norshield WG is easy to measure volumetrically: 560ml
in volume = 1kg in weight, meaning less bulk to handle.
Most of the Norshield WG copper particles are below 1 micron in size,
this microfine formulation results in up to 50 times more available
copper particles compared with most other copper formulations
-ensuring the best coverage, retention and effectiveness."
