Mavrik offers excellent control of many pests but will not harm bees. Honeybees are important to the commercial grower; Tests have shown that even at dose rates of 14 to 60 times higher than those used commercially, no noticeable harm from Mavrik would be done to foraging bees.

MAVRIK AQUAFLOW – NO 1 INSECTICIDE IN ANY SPRAY PROGRAMME

Mavrik Aquaflow, an amino-acid derived insecticide is the ideal product for routine spraying in ornamentals and vegetables.

WILL NOT DAMAGE SENSITIVE FOLIAGE

Mavrik is the first product of its kind to combine such a high level of effectiveness and safety. It is so gentle on foliage it is safe to use on delicate plants like Maidenhair and on sensitive seedlings.

NO STRONG CHEMICAL ODOUR

Your customers want to enjoy the perfumes of your plants and flowers. With Mavrik they can. Because Mavrik is water based and has no pungent solvents, it is odour free and won’t spoil natural perfumes. That’s an important point for operators when spraying indoors too.

STAYS PUT LONGER

Because the active ingredient in Mavrik is not soluble in water, it is not easily washed off the plant or foliage.

NO VISIBLE RESIDUE

Mavrik leaves no residues that discolour your plants. No unsightly red or white marks that mean reduced prices.

HOW TO GET BEST RESULTS ON MITES

Careful monitoring to detect mite presence.
Apply early before mite population is established.
Thorough spray coverage is essential.
Repeat application when mite numbers start to increase again.
Use no more than 2 Mavrik sprays in succession, and then change to a miticide from another chemical group before applying Mavrik again.
Ensure all foliage is dry before applying Mavrik. Wet foliage will provide untreated areas. Mites will seek these untreated areas to avoid the effects of Mavrik.

EASY TO USE AND STORE

Highly concentrated and east to store, Mavrik mixes quickly and easily. The waterbased Aquaflow system means no potentially harmful solvents are present. You get the effectiveness you need without the risk of plant damage. Always observe safety directions on the label when using.

ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY

As very low doses of Mavrik are used for insect control, degradation of the active ingredient will occur quickly, leaving the environment clean. Do not contaminate ponds and waterways as some fish toxicity could occur.
