Indicators

All of our Indicators are interchangeable with any of our loadbars so you have the flexibility to match our products to your application. For example, a single indicator can be used at weighing installations across a number of properties.
We have a range of Indicators to choose from. These range from the simplicity of the EziWeigh I to the extensive data recording and analysis capability of the advanced XR3000.
All indicators feature our unique SUPERDAMP™ III software which delivers an accurate and stable weight readout within seconds, even when the animal is active and agitated. Once the stable weight is displayed it is constantly updated to ensure accuracy. All Tru-Test indicators are made from strong, impact resistant material and have the option for an internal rechargeable battery, making them even more portable. Our indicators have simple, uncomplicated keypads with large, well-spaced keys. The displays are clear and easy to read even in poor light.

Tru-Test loadbars are made from high-grade aircraft aluminium and toughened steel teamed with heavy-duty cables and connectors to ensure the systems are protected from both the elements and accidental damage by animals.

  • Multi-purpose (MP) loadbars are designed for use in a variety of applications including under platforms, sheep crates and wool presses. They are easily transportable and simple to set up

ENTRY LEVEL WEIGHING SYSTEMS

EziWeigh 1 and 2
Designed to make weighing a reality for every farmer, the EziWeigh 1 & 2 models combine simplicity and accuracy with convenience.
They are extremely simple to use.

EziWeigh 1 and EziWeigh 2 Loadbar Systems
The Tru-Test EziWeigh Loadbar Systems are versatile entry level weighing systems. They can be used under a platform in a race, under a crate in the yard or even under a wool press in the shed. They come as a complete system package, with 600mm GP600 Loadbars and either an EziWeigh 1 Indicator or an EziWeigh 2.

MOB STATISTICS

EziWeigh 4
The EziWeigh 4 combines affordability and basic analytical functions for more detailed stock management. This range includes all the features of the EziWeigh 2 plus:
  • A total of 12 group files with attached file dates to avoid confusion.
  • A statistics function - displays the number of animals weighed, average weight, lightest animal, heaviest animal and total group weight.
  • Two way drafting - allows animals above and below a specified weight to be quickly identified. Statistics for both the heavy group and light group are readily available.
  • Easy file swapping - allows users to quickly change files while weighing, so that a group of animals can be split according to sex, breed and/or purchase source.

E-2000S
Designed to utilise electronic identification (EID) technology and a weigh site computer or data collecting EID scanner to support the farm's animal management program. The personal computer or data collecting EID device collects the weight from the EC2000s and combines it with the EID tag data at the time of weighing. In this application the weighing system does not perform the animal management task and so the EC2000s offers EID support as an alternative to the 3000 range. When a personal computer or data collecting EID device is not used at the weigh site, any of the 3000 range
indicators can be used in conjunction with a simple EID reader for the collection of ID tag and weight data and for the performance of weigh site management tasks. The EC2000s can also be used as an entry level indicator, offering fast accurate weighing allowing you to incorporate EID technology when you are ready.

  • Streamlined and efficient collection of data with auto incrementing and repeating of commonly occurring data

LOADBARS

MP (Multipurpose) Loadbars
Multipurpose loadbars are designed for use in a variety of applications, including under platforms, sheep crates and wool presses. They are portable, easily transportable from site to site and simple to use. Once the operator has a firm level surface, it's a quick and easy task to set them up. MP Series Loadbars are available in three lengths - 600mm, 800mm and 1010mm.
MP 600 Loadbars have a total capacity of 2000kg while the MP800 and the MP1010 loadbars have a total capacity of 3000kg.
HD (Heavy Duty) Loadbars
Tru-Test HD Series Loadbars are designed primarily for permanent installation under a cattle crush. Their unique footing design absorbs the tremendous side-loading forces that occur in heavy-duty livestock handling and helps prevent damage to load cells. Tru-Test HD Series Loadbars are 1010m long and have a total load capacity of 3000kg.

SHD (Super Heavy Duty) Loadbars
SHD (Super Heavy Duty) loadbars are designed for permanent installation situations where extra capacity and durability is required. SHD100's are used primarily under a hydraulic squeeze crush. Their industrial strength and special load centering cup design make them the loadbar of choice for feed lots and large cattle feeding operations. Tru-Test SHD loadbars are 1120mm long and have a total capacity of 4000kg.
